The aerodynamic improvements of Pro V1x result in a more consistent trajectory:

New dimple designs on both Pro V1 and Pro V1x feature improved dimple placement for even more consistent surfaces.
During manufacturing, mold cavities form the Urethane Elastomer cover and dimple pattern on each ball. To achieve ball-to-ball consistency, it’s essential that every mold cavity produces the same result. The production team manufactures the molds and tooling (called hobs) in-house to ensure precision, with investments in new equipment to provide tighter tolerances.
These advancements in dimple design and hob production result in more aerodynamically consistent flight for the new Pro V1 and Pro V1x models.

Titleist prov1x yellow and white

For mint condition balls, I thought they were inferior. Some of the white ones were quite discoloured, like they had been in water too long. Over 1/2 dozen were discoloured. One was an old 332 ball. I ordered 3 dozen white and 1 dozen yellow. The yellow looked okay. We previously were buying from a us company but thought we would try a Canadian company but am disappointed with the product.
